🔬🤖 Last Friday, our LVA Elementary students wrote an exciting new chapter at our first in-person STEM Day!

Students visited Douglass and rotated through hands-on stations led by our teachers. They made mud, built catapults, designed paths for robot cars, and explored even more exciting STEM challenges! 🧪🚗

It was a morning filled with creativity, curiosity, problem-solving, and plenty of fun. We loved watching our young scientists, engineers, and inventors bring their ideas to life! 💡📖

❄️🍧 Douglass had our first Snow Cone Day yesterday!

After lunch, the snow cone bus rolled onto campus, and our Gateway middle and high school students enjoyed a deliciously cool treat on the courtyard patio. With all this hot weather, the timing couldn’t have been sweeter! ☀️😋

We were also excited to welcome our friends from Parker Pointe to join the fun. It was the perfect way to chill out, connect, and add a refreshing new chapter to our school story! 📖💙
