Is it Bullying?!?

Recently\r\nour counselors spoke with the school about bullying. Here is some of the\r\ninformation they shared with the kids on how to tell the difference between\r\nsomeone being RUDE, MEAN or a BULLY. 



Here are some strategies to use

*Speak\r\nFriendly

\r\n

*Walk\r\nAway

\r\n

*Talk\r\nFirmly

\r\n

*Report\r\nit

\r\n

Remember when someone says or does something unintentionally hurtful\r\nand they do it once, that's RUDE.

\r\n

When someone says or does something intentionally hurtful\r\nand they do it once, that's MEAN. 

\r\n

When someone says or does something intentionally hurtful\r\nand they keep doing it- even when you tell them to stop or show\r\nthem that you're upset--that's BULLYING.
