Welcome to the LPS Life Ready Center - Lawton’s first-ever collaborative center for high school students! The LRC is an extension of our three high schools. The LRC houses concurrent courses, AP courses as well as introductory and advanced elective opportunities for all LPS high school students. Additionally, LPS has teamed up with our local educational partners Cameron University and Great Plains Technology Center to provide on-site programs, courses, and resources for students across the district. We are excited about the opportunities the LRC will provide for our students including a district art gallery--the LPS Legacy Art Gallery, a media production lab, and an academic resource center to name a few. Our educators are committed to providing students with a safe, secure, and innovative learning environment that will provide them with the skills they will need to set the course for their life beyond high school. Students, if you do not see a course in your home school’s course catalog or the LRC catalog that you have had in another district or are interested in taking, please let us know; we want to respond to our student needs and interests. We are here to make a positive impact on your educational experience. We hope you will take advantage of the opportunities offered at the LRC.
