Military Family Life Counselors available for telecounseling

LPS Family,

Due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC) and Child and Youth Behavioral MFLCs (CYB-MFLC's) will be able to temporarily provide video and telephonic non-medical counseling in areas where face-to-face support is restricted. This temporary capability will provide continuity of care for military families in the Fort Sill area.

Support available for Service Members/Spouses:

  • Telephonic and video non-medical counseling

Support available for Military Children/Youth:

  •  Individual video non-medical counseling sessions for minors age 13 to 17 (parent/guardian must give parental consent and provide line of sight requirements during the session)
  • Family video non-medical counseling for minors age 6 to 12 (parent/guardian must attend each session)

Counseling sessions will be conducted via the Magellan MFLC Zoom video conferencing application, which meets all federal privacy regulations. Each counselor has a Magellan-provided smartphone which is only used for business purposes. The option to record sessions has been disabled.

The counselor will be in a private location during the call, and we ask that you and your child(ren) are also in a private location before sessions begin.

Contact the appropriate MFLC at their phone number to schedule an appointment:
