Mrs. Ding is an AP Chinese teacher at MacArthur High School.  She has been at MacArthur since January 2007. Before MacArthur, she taught at the Beijing Information Technology University for nine years.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, and she is pursuing a Master's in Curriculum and Pedagogics. She has been an English teacher at a Beijing university for nine years.  She was selected by Chinese government and college board as a great teacher in Lawton, teaching Chinese language and culture.  She was selected by students as "Best Teacher" inside her university three times.  She loves children and hopes she can be helpful to the improvement of their lives.  She uses topics related to daily life to keep her students motivated.  She also encourages students, uses diverse classroom activities, and has high expectations of her students.
