Misty Mason teaches the subjects of  English 3 and Beautiful Choices classes. She has taught at MacArthur for three years this year starting her fourth. Mrs. Mason recently taught at Eisenhower Junior High School and Eisenhower High School prior to MacArthur where she taught English 1. She received her Ph.D. and her Masters degree in secondary education. She also earned her Bachelors degree of Science of Education. She was placed on the  National Dean's List, she was in Who's who among American Universities. Her Athletic Awards are of the following: Scholar Athlete Award, Great Plains All-Region Volleyball Award, Volleyball All-American NAIA Scholar Athlete, and a member of SDIC indoor/outdoor Track All-Conference Team.
