Students receive a nutritional breakfast, lunch, and snack in a family style dining setting. The school has a library/media center where students can select books appropriate for their age. The library/media center is furnished with Hatch computers equipped with early childhood programs used twice a week by students. Two Hatch computers for students as well as a computer for each teacher to enter student data are in every classroom. An enclosed outside playground provides students with a variety of new equipment that invites young children to become both active and healthy. Students are provided many opportunities for enrichment through a variety of field trips in our community and programs arranged at the school. Each classroom is supplied with new furnishings appropriate for young students, High Scope curriculum, and a wide array of manipulatives. Program Overview
We provide quality full-time and hourly childcare for children 6 weeks through 5 years of age. Additionally, small ratio groups are available for addressing the individualized needs of each child. Our specialized and trained staff has a strong educational foundation for early childhood practices and theories. Our staff ensures all children receive the proper nurturing, respect and social interaction skills regardless of family background, race, gender or culture. We give our children the opportunity to make friends, to explore and to experiment through a variety of play activities. Child care fees are pro-rated on total family income, and Department of Human Services military family subsidies are welcome. We have an exciting partnership with Lawton Public Schools (LPS) to provide space for 3 full-day Pre Kindergarten classes. Curriculum will be taught by Oklahoma certified teachers from LPS. 20 children will be enrolled in each class and classes will run 9:00am – 3:30pm. Children that are 4 on or before September 1st are eligible to enroll in the program. Eligible children that are currently enrolled at CCDC, TCDC and GCDC will have 1st priority for enrolling in Pre-K and the before and after school program. Pre-K programs are free through LPS. For those who participate in the Pre-K and before and after school program, fees will be approximately 50% of our current full-day fees. Information about fees can be obtained at the center, and are accessed on a sliding scale based on totally family income. MWR patron eligibility requirements apply.

  • Full Day Care - offers developmental services to children 6 weeks to 3 years of age for working parents requiring child care on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Pre-School Program - is designed for children ages 3-5 years old. The program is conveniently offered as a full-day program. For those children that meet the age requirements we offer onsite Pre-Kindergarten through the Army Community Covenant and Lawton Pubic Schools. Before and afterschool care is made available in the same location, negating the need for transportation outside of the center.

  • Hourly Care - meets the needs of parents requiring short-term care on an intermittent basis.

Our center is accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Accreditation is a nationally recognized credential for a developmental appropriate early childhood program. This credential recognizes programs that provide high quality care and education for young children. The purpose of becoming accredited is to continue to learn and improve the quality of our programs for young children.

To establish an installation plan for providing safe, affordable, quality programs that meet parental needs for children ages 4 weeks until kindergarten.

To provide quality developmental group care that is affordable and convenient to the work site or home reducing mission conflicts with parental responsibilities.

Vision Statement
To provide children the nurturing and stimulation they need in the early years to establish a rich foundation from which to grow and reach their full potential.
