Parent Portal : How do I get Email reports?

This is the first screen that will appear after you click on E-mail notification.

Enter your e-mail address and click Continue.

The next screen allows you to select three different kinds of reports to send to you via e-mail. These can be sent out daily, weekly, every other Wednesday etc... Also select the time you wish the e-mail to be sent.

Start by entering your name as you wish the e-mail to address you: example here is Mr. & Mrs. Test Student. Then check the box or boxes that you wish to receive the report(s).

Grade summary is basically a report card as of the time the report is sent. It will only show the grade the student is making in the course at this time.

Student Assignments gives a detail account of all assignments and grades in all classes.

Automatic Grade Notification will e-mail you when the average grade goes above or below a set threshold.

When done with your selection(s), click Submit Notification Request.

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account that you signed up for. It has a link embedded (automatically inserted) into the e-mail. Once you click on that link (see 1 in picture) it will go to the internet and show you the next section (see below). If you have anti-virus, spy ware, etc... on your computer, it may try to block this link. There will be a warning (usually appearing at the top of the e-mail or screen) saying it is being blocked but a click on the warning will allow the content to be used.

Once you click on the link on the e-mail, your Internet Browser will activate and it should automatically go to a page in which you will see something like this appear. If this does happen, then your e-mail reports have been confirmed and will appear in your e-mail at the scheduled time.
