Diploma of Distinction
A certificate of distinction will be awarded to students who meet or exceed the following criteria by the end of their senior year in high school with at least a 3.25 grade point average on a 4.0 scale:
- Earn four credits in English, mathematics (Algebra I or higher), social studies, and science
- Earn two additional credits in the area of technology, the humanities, or the arts
- Earn two credits in a foreign language
- Achieve a satisfactory score on all required end-of -instruction tests.
Students who complete two years at a technology center may count one year of their course as the fourth math requirement and one year as the fourth science requirement.
