Students who will attend Central Middle School in Lawton this fall should begin making preparations now if they plan to play on the school’s softball team.
Physicals for the 2008-2009 season can be given after May 1, 2008.
Softball, Volleyball, Cheerleading and Pom physicals will begin on May 7, 2008. For a complete schedule listing of your school, please click here (PDF).
CMS softball team members must have physical examination forms and insurance waivers signed by their parent or guardian. Before they will be allowed to practice, they must also have signed forms giving them permission to travel and to be treated for potential injuries.
Necessary player forms can be picked up at the front office of the school, located at 1201 NW Fort Sill Blvd.
