LPS Communication
Wednesday, November 02, 2016

Lawton Police Department officers, from left, Dustin Dye, Stephanie Crawford, Red Tulip Project founder Kim Jones and officer Timothy Jenkins spent the afternoon delivering baby items to the Department of Human Services. The items were donated from various schools sites and community organizations.

The Red Tulip Project is designed to help provide baby items for babies born to mothers with drug addiction. The donation period takes place annually during Red Ribbon Week, a national campaign recognizing the importance of drug prevention.

Thank you to everyone that donated!
