Unloading Process

We vallet the children from the vehicle into the school.The children meet in the auditorium for a daily assembly.Then they are off to class.

Loading Process

Each guardian is given a car card at the time of enrollment. Each car card has the childs first name with a animal.The animal represents who that child's teacher is.We have the guardians place each card in the corner of their windshield.At loading time we have three of our staff loading children in cars with proper car cards.We call in each childs name in to the gym(where are children wait to be picked up) through walkie talkies.The child is then taken out by one of our staff members to the correct car.This is why it is cruical to always have your car card in the car.We will not be able to load a child unless the car card is in the windshield of the car.You may also park and come in to the building to pick up your child.You cannot pick them up without the car card or proper ID.

Developmental Delay Classes

We are proud to house four pre-k classes for children with developmental delays at the Learning Tree. These classes have different start/end times because most of the children come to school on a bus. These classes run from 8:30 to 11:00 and from 12:30 to 3:00 so that the buses can be loaded/ unloaded before the car line for the other classes begins to move and things get congested. If you are a parent with a child in a special needs class and you drive your child to school, you may park and bring them in to/pick them up from their class at the times listed above.
