Drawing is a good way to release emotions and creativity. You don't have to be a good drawer or painter, what's important is that YOU enjoyed doing it. That YOU like the way it looks. It doesn't matter what other people think it looks like, it's yours, you know what it is (Most of the time.). It's easy to buy a pack af crayons or a box of colored pencils. You don't even really need color, just draw. Think of it as putting your dreams on a peice on paper.
