Welcome to our school

  Sheridan Road Children’s School, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, is a friendly, orderly, and progressive school. Our school community of students, parents, teachers and staff work together to create a child-centered learning environment that emphasizes success for all. We strive for excellence within a framework of care and enthusiasm for learning. We have an open-minded attitude that stresses unity, cooperation, and teamwork as we strive to provide an environment and instruction program that enables the student to be meaningful, responsible, caring citizens today and in the future.

  Students participate in many Fort Sill programs and poster/essay contests. These programs include dental health, fire safety, Month of the Military Child, Law Day, Red Ribbon Week, Native American Week, Freedom Walk, and Nutrition Week. Our students are also encouraged to participate in community projects. These include the Spirit of Survival Marathon Walk, Oklahoma City Memorial Walk, Local Food Bank, Salvation Army Projects, Children’s Shelter and working with the local Red Cross.
