Administrative and Instructional Personnel

CMS is staffed by 69 certified personnel (4 administrators, 3 counselors, 1 librarian and 61 teachers). Two staff members hold National Board Certification. The average experience level is 14.2 years with experience ranging from 0-27 years.

One staff member is a candidate for graduation seeking an Ed.D. A number of others are currently enrolled in graduate level courses in their content area or in administration.

All of the teachers are providing instruction in subjects in which they are fully certified and meet North Central accreditation standards. Central Middle School has adopted co-teaching and teaming intervention strategies to reduce student-teacher ratio, as well as to serve the needs of all students in an inclusive educational environment.
