Submit a completed application file to Denise Duffy, personnel secretary by following these steps:

STEP1:
Applicants must have a complete application on file, even if a resume is submitted. A complete application consists of:

STEP2:
To be considered for a specific job posting an applicant must have a current "application for support employment" on file. Candidates are chosen for interviews by administration and building level supervisors. Applicants are generally considered after current employees. Reasonable accommodations will be made available, if needed, for applicants with disabilities.

STEP3:
The names of candidates recommended for employment will be placed before the Board of Education for final approval. Candidates recommended for hire are employed on a conditional basis subject to a satisfactory background check and approval by the School Board. (OSBI check will be conducted.) Interviews and recommendations will continue throughout the year as positions become available.

The following information is necessary:

  • Social Security Number
  • Address, phone number, e-mail address (if available)
  • Resume
  • Dates of employment for all previously held positions
  • Dates of attendance for all schools/training since high school
  • Contact information for your personal references, including your present employer.

By federal law all applicants who are hired must be United States citizens or legally eligible to be employed in the United States. Federal law also requires that all persons who are in positions requiring a commercial driver's license (CDL) must be subject to pre-employment, random for cause, post accident and follow-up testing for drugs and alcohol. Satisfactory completion of such test is a condition of employment.
